Cancellation Policy:
You must agree to this policy to make a reservation.

*The following cancellation charges will be applied as per the date the cancellation
notice is received by SANTA through your card.

*Cancellations should be received by SANTA during business hours
MON. through SAT. ( EXCEPT MAJOR HOLIDAY)9:00am - 5:00pm　pacific time.

You MUST leave your voice message with your contact info. such as phone #
to cancel at least, We'll give you confirmation # to complete.

キャンセルについて
この予約取り消しについての規約には予約手続き時に同意して頂くことになります。

キャンセル料については以下に基づき貴クレジットカードより申し受けます．

キャンセルの連絡は営業時間内にお願い致します．
少なくとも連絡先電話番号とともにメッセージを残して頂く必要があります。
その後にキャンセル確認の番号をお伝えして手続きが完了となります。
